Jerry E. Lynch
Attorney Lynch has enjoyed success in multiple state, federal and administrative courts throughout his tenure as counsel. As a young attorney, Mr. Lynch spent time working with the Buffalo District Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor and Buffalo Legal Aide as a public defender. Mr. Lynch parlayed his experience from the public sector into a position at one of the largest immigration firms in the county and focused mainly on litigation of criminal immigration cases in the Federal Circuit Courts. Mr. lynch eventually broadened his area of practice to include several other areas of immigration including asylum, employment based and family-based immigration, Deferred Action for Child Arrivals, citizenship, Violence Against Woman Act, and deportation and removal, to name a few. Mr. Lynch eventually achieved partner status and began to branch out into other areas of interest, including civil litigation and murder cases.
Attorney Lynch has practiced at all levels in New York, Pennsylvania, Alabama and Virgina, and had a case reach the Supreme Court of the United States. His memberships include the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, The Pennsylvania Bar Association, Membership in the Executive Immigration Office of Review, The Immigration Board of Appeals, and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Portal.
Mr. Lynch resides on the Peninsula with his family and enjoys spending time on the water, strumming his guitar, and coaching wrestling.
