After three years, the non-custodial parent, and client of Waltrip & Campbell, PC won primary physical custody in a full day child custody trial in the Williamsburg James-City County Circuit Court. After a short recess to evaluate the facts and law, the Judge awarded custody to Mr. Waltrip’s client. The custody change was ordered to begin immediately.
